CLEANING MACHINES

 

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 40 days of purchase.

  • Condition Requirements: The machine must be unused, undamaged, in sellable condition, free of odors, and with all original parts unless a missing part is the reason for the return.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers returning non-defective products are responsible for shipping costs.

  • Defective Products: If the product arrives defective, we offer a full refund, including GST and shipping costs.

 

PARTS, ACCESSORIES, AND CLEANING SUPPLIES

 

  • No Standard Returns: Refunds or returns are not offered for these items. However, customers may contact us to discuss their concerns, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 

  1. File a Claim with the Carrier: If your product arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier before initiating a return with us.

  2. Sellable Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is:

    • In working order.

    • Unused and free of odors.

    • With no broken or missing parts (unless the missing part is the reason for return).

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact us within 40 days of receiving your product. You can reach us via phone, email, or by visiting one of our locations.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number to proceed.

  3. Product Inspection: Once the product is returned, we will inspect it and assess the reason for the return.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Parts, accessories, and cleaning supplies are not eligible for return unless a defect or exceptional circumstances are established.

  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returned items. This will be communicated during the return authorization process.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable and non-returnable.
