The Procare intrinsically safe vacuum is air-operated with no moving parts, ideal for environments with static discharge concerns during fine particulate recovery. Grounding is essential when handling fine powders or hazardous materials; proper grounding must be ensured by the user. Designed for use with groundable hoses and tools. Requires 1/2" air line, 90 PSI (max 100 PSI), and 40 CFM input for optimum performance. Clean, dry air supply is critical to avoid contamination. Regular filter maintenance is necessary—clogged filters reduce efficiency. Always shut off and depressurize before disconnecting the air line to prevent injury.
