SHOULD I CONNECT THE MACHINE TO MY WI-FI INTERNET?

Connection is optional. You can use your company Wi-Fi if allowed, or an embedded e-SIM if security policies prevent Wi-Fi access. Both options support remote diagnostics and software updates.

CAN YOU SET UP THE MACHINE AND INTEGRATE IT?

Yes. We offer both on-site and remote integration services that include:

  • Facility mapping (LiDAR/VSLAM scans, obstacle configuration)
  • Network setup (Wi-Fi or e-SIM) for monitoring and updates
  • Scheduling and workflow configuration
  • Staff training on operation and basic troubleshooting

WHAT AFTER-SALE SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER?

We deliver tiered support:

  • Free technical support and spare parts for covered components. Remote troubleshooting resolves most issues.
  • Live guidance via video call or remote connection (Wi-Fi/e-SIM) for diagnostics and parameter updates.
  • If remote support cannot resolve an issue under warranty, we arrange an on-site visit. Repair labor is covered by warranty; travel and lodging costs apply to the client.
  • For out-of-warranty or non-covered parts, you cover parts and service; we supply genuine components and guide installation or perform repairs in-house.

WHAT IF I NEED TROUBLESHOOTING AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

After warranty expiration, we continue to provide free remote technical support. For hardware repairs or parts replacement, customers cover spare parts and labor. On-site visits remain available; repair labor is billed at standard rates, and travel/lodging costs apply.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

The base warranty is one year from purchase. It covers manufacturing defects on non-consumable components under normal use.
