Order Processing 


In-Stock Orders:Orders available in stock are processed and shipped within one business day (daily by 3 PM EST, Monday to Friday). 

Out-of-Stock Items:For products not currently in stock, delivery lead times are determined on a case-by-case basis. We will update you with estimated dates as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods, Tracking & Timelines 


Shipping Methods: We use trusted shipping carriers, including Purolator, Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS. All available options will be displayed during checkout. 

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. 

Delivery Timelines (Within Canada): 

  • Alberta: 1–3 Business Days
  • British Columbia: 2–5 Business Days
  • Manitoba: 3–5 Business Days
  • New Brunswick: 4–7 Business Days
  • Newfoundland and Labrador: 5–8 Business Days
  • Northwest Territories: 6–9 Business Days
  • Nova Scotia: 6–9 Business Days
  • Nunavut: 6–10 Business Days
  • Ontario: 3–6 Business Days
  • Prince Edward Island: 5–8 Business Days
  • Quebec: 3–6 Business Days

International Delivery:

  • United States: 5–11 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: Delivery times vary based on country and location. 

Delays & Updates 


We strive to keep you informed at every stage of your order’s journey. If there are any delays—due to reasons such as:

  • Drop shipping the product
  • Product not being available in stock
  • Partial deliveries
  • Weather conditions or other unforeseen factors 

We will update you promptly on your order status, including revised delivery dates or details regarding partial deliveries. 


Shipping Costs & Signature Requirements 


Free Shipping:Free delivery is available for orders in Canada and the USA on purchases of $89.99 or more. 

Calculated Shipping Costs:For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the order size, selected delivery speed, and destination. 

Signature on Delivery:All high-value items and large packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. 


Lost or Damaged Shipments 


If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims must be filed within a reasonable timeframe as specified by the shipping provider, and the carrier will handle the investigation. 

In cases of damaged goods, please retain the original packaging and all contents for inspection by the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
