Warranty Categories (Parts / Labor):
Applies to products such as air blowers (AB), BV 5/1, window vacuums, steamers & gum removers, and standard battery electric brooms.
Applies to products such as upright carpet vacuums.
Covers products such as canister & wet/dry vacuums, standard battery vacuums (non-Lithium), PUZZI extractors/spotters, pull behind & walk behind extractors, interim cleaning equipment (iCAP), cord-powered floor scrubbers, battery powered COMPACT floor scrubbers (non-Lithium), battery powered walk behind, autonomous & ride on floor scrubbers, combustion engine ride on floor scrubbers & sweepers, manual floor sweepers, battery powered COMPACT, WB & RO floor scrubbers, all chariots, industrial vacuums, and ice blasting systems.
For selected models with Lithium components—such as certain battery vacuums, battery powered COMPACT floor scrubbers, and battery electric brooms—the warranty is 3 Years Parts / 1 Year Labor.
Additional Terms: Labor warranty is up to 2 years or 1,200 hours of operation, whichever comes first. “Wear Items” (including accessories, motor carbon brushes, squeegees, brushes, brooms, filters, tires, wheels, casters, hoses, floor tools, hand tools, sealing strips, belts, bearings, etc.) are excluded from warranty.
• Extend-A-Care Warranty: 5 Years on standard components
• Breakdown:
■ 60 Months: Key structural parts (brackets, manifolds, etc.)
■ 24 Months: Certain components (vacuum blower, high-pressure pump, etc.)
■ 12 Months: Selected parts (heat exchangers, tank bodies, shelves)
■ 90 Days: Drive belts, gauges, switches, O-rings, and labor
• 2-Year Warranty covering components and labor for commercial/industrial equipment
• Batteries are covered for 6 months
• Exclusions: Excessive/inadequate use, abuse, or missed maintenance
• Warranty repairs (with proof of purchase) are performed free of charge
■ First Year: Inbound/outbound shipping is covered
■ After First Year: A flat fee applies
• Limits:
■ Overall warranty limit: 2 Years
■ Boiler tanks (steam cleaners): 1 Year
■ Iron steamer: 3 Years (parts) and 2 Years (labor)
• Exclusions: Misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper use

■ Electric & Ride-on Scrubbers: 2 Years on parts and labor. Up to 5 to 10 Years on specific parts (motors and frames vary) with specific labor allowances
■ Battery items (e.g., NX300 Lithium-Ion): 1 year general warranty and up-to 4 Years pro-rated after an initial exchange period
• Specific exclusions and process details apply per equipment type
• General Coverage: 1 Year on all system components (parts & labor)
• Boiler/Heating Elements: 3 Years

■ Warranty begins on the original invoice date
■ Consumer is responsible for transportation to service; onsite service may incur a fee

• Claims: Require proof of purchase (and possibly the serial number)
