KARCHER Canada – Floor Care Warranty Policy

Warranty Categories (Parts / Labor):

• 1 Year Parts & Labor:

Applies to products such as air blowers (AB), BV 5/1, window vacuums, steamers & gum removers, and standard battery electric brooms.

• 2 Years Parts & Labor:

Applies to products such as upright carpet vacuums.

• 3 Years Parts / 2 Years Labor:

Covers products such as canister & wet/dry vacuums, standard battery vacuums (non-Lithium), PUZZI extractors/spotters, pull behind & walk behind extractors, interim cleaning equipment (iCAP), cord-powered floor scrubbers, battery powered COMPACT floor scrubbers (non-Lithium), battery powered walk behind, autonomous & ride on floor scrubbers, combustion engine ride on floor scrubbers & sweepers, manual floor sweepers, battery powered COMPACT, WB & RO floor scrubbers, all chariots, industrial vacuums, and ice blasting systems.

• Lithium Versions:

For selected models with Lithium components—such as certain battery vacuums, battery powered COMPACT floor scrubbers, and battery electric brooms—the warranty is 3 Years Parts / 1 Year Labor.

Additional Terms: Labor warranty is up to 2 years or 1,200 hours of operation, whichever comes first. “Wear Items” (including accessories, motor carbon brushes, squeegees, brushes, brooms, filters, tires, wheels, casters, hoses, floor tools, hand tools, sealing strips, belts, bearings, etc.) are excluded from warranty.

FRESH AIR ONE

All Fresh Air One products come with limited warranty coverage on motors and main non-consumable components. Applies to:

• 5-year limited warranty:

SEBO

• Standard Warranty for Most Products:
 ▪︎ 5 Years: Motors (brush & suction) and non-wear parts, with 1 Year Labor (via SEBO Canada or authorized dealer)
 ▪︎ Lifetime on drive belts for AUTOMATIC X-series (including labor)
• SOFTCASE CE12: 3 Years on motors, non-wear parts, and labor
• Extended Warranty (if registered):
 ▪︎ 10 Years: Motors, non-wear parts and 5 Years Labor (eligible products, excluding SOFTCASE CE12)

• Commercial use: 1 Year (Parts & Labor) for products used extensively for commercial purposes .
