At this time, we do not offer trade-ins or purchase used vacuums, but we’re happy to help you find the best solution based on your needs and budget.

RESIDENTIAL REPAIRS

WHAT BRANDS DO YOU REPAIR?

We repair all vacuum brands, including Dyson, Miele, SEBO, Roomba (iRobot), Bissell, Shark, Electrolux, and many more.

HOW MUCH DOES THE INSPECTION COST?

Inspections are completely free. We assess the vacuum and provide a quote before any work begins.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INSPECTION?

We’ll contact you with the diagnosis and estimated cost. We never proceed without your approval.

HOW MUCH DOES THE REPAIR COST?

Repair costs typically range from $49.99 to over $200, depending on the issue. In rare cases, it may be higher. The quote you receive is all-inclusive, covering labor and replacement parts.

WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO REPAIR IT?

No problem at all—you can simply pick up your vacuum at no charge.

HOW LONG DOES THE REPAIR TAKE?

Inspection typically takes 1–2 business days. During peak periods, it may take 3–5 business days. We always aim for the fastest turnaround possible.

WHAT DOES THE REPAIR INCLUDE?

There are two options: we either repair the specific issue diagnosed, or you can choose a full repair and service.


Full service includes:

  • Internal cleaning
  • Motor area maintenance
  • Filter replacement
  • Bag replacement (for bagged vacuums),
  • Clog removal
  • Exterior polishing.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON REPAIRS?

Yes, all our vacuum repairs include a 60-day warranty covering both parts and labor.

WHAT IF THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENS AGAIN DURING WARRANTY?

If the same issue reoccurs within the 60-day warranty period, bring your vacuum and provide your phone number—we’ll repair it under warranty at no cost.


Warranty is not applicable if:

  • The vacuum was misused or handled improperly
  • There is physical or water damage
  • The unit was tampered with or modified
  • It was used for commercial purposes (if it's a residential model)
  • Non-original parts were installed after the initial repair

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

No appointment is required. You can walk in anytime during store hours.

CAN I GET A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE?

We’re unable to provide repair quotes without inspecting the vacuum. However, if you’re requesting servicing or cleaning only, we can give you an upfront price.

DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP AND DELIVERY?

Yes, we offer convenient pick-up and return service within Calgary. You can book online or contact us to schedule.

CAN YOU REPAIR MY CENTRAL VACUUM AT MY PLACE?

Yes, we offer in-home service appointments for central vacuum repairs. During the visit, we’ll inspect and diagnose the issue on-site. If it’s a minor or straightforward problem, we’ll fix it right away.

If the repair requires more complex work—such as motor or electrical issues—we’ll ask for your permission to pick up the unit for in-store service, only if you choose to proceed.

CHAMELEON RETRACTABLE HOSE

DO YOU DO THE INSTALATION FOR NEW HOMES?

Yes, we provide rough-in installation for new homes. Our in-house team ensures clean piping layout and proper outlet placement based on your layout and needs.

CAN I INSTALL CHAMELEON IN AN EXISTING HOUSE?

Yes, it can be installed in existing homes, especially if the rough-in is already in place.

Please note: We may need to make an opening in the drywall during installation. Drywall repair is not included and remains the client’s responsibility.

DO I NEED A CENTRAL VACUUM UNIT FOR THE RETRACTABLE HOSE TO WORK?

Yes, the retractable hose system connects directly to a central vacuum unit.

DOES THE RETRACTABLE HOSE WORK WITH ANY CENTRAL VACUUM BRAND?

Yes, the system is compatible with all central vacuum brands. The brand of your power unit does not affect the retractable hose system.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Pricing depends on your home size and number of hose outlets.

Installations typically start from $499 and can go into the thousands for large custom projects.

Note: Central vacuum units and accessories are sold separately.

WHAT DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty includes all installation work, including piping and connections.
