That’s why we donate our refurbished vacuums to women and families in need — turning what we can’t sell into something that changes lives.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I DONATE MY VACUUM?

We inspect, refurbish, and deep clean every donated vacuum. Necessary parts are replaced, and the vacuum is tested to ensure top performance before being donated to women and families in need.

DO YOU ACCEPT ALL VACUUMS?

We accept most vacuums that are in usable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept machines that are severely damaged, missing major parts, or beyond repair.

WILL YOU DISPOSE OF MY OLD VACUUM?

No, we do not accept vacuums for disposal. All donations must be in a condition that allows us to refurbish and pass them on to someone in need.
