DESCRIPTION

The ProCare SPC1510S is a professional walk-behind auto scrubber drier designed for efficient cleaning of medium to large commercial and industrial floor areas. Its 510 mm / 20-inch cleaning deck, adjustable single-brush pressure, and powerful scrubbing and water recovery systems help remove everyday dirt, grease, and heavy buildup from a variety of hard floor surfaces.

With ECO and Standard working modes, large-capacity tanks, and a user-friendly LCD control panel, the SPC1510S provides a practical solution for daily maintenance as well as more demanding cleaning jobs. Its compact design and flexible maneuverability make it suitable for corridors, narrow aisles, and confined areas.

MAIN APPLICATIONS

• Commercial retail stores
• Warehouses and distribution centers
• Schools and universities
• Shopping malls and large facilities
• Hotels and hospitality facilities
• Healthcare and institutional buildings
• Industrial facilities and workshops

FEATURES

• 510 mm / 20-inch cleaning deck - Adjustable single-brush pressure provides efficient cleaning performance on epoxy, ceramic tile, marble, concrete, and other hard floors.
• ECO and Standard modes - ECO mode reduces brush and vacuum motor power to save water and battery power while lowering operating noise. Standard mode provides full-power operation for grease, stubborn dirt, and more demanding cleaning jobs.
• Excellent water recovery - The 850 mm curved aluminum squeegee helps recover dirty water effectively, leaving floors clean and dry in a single pass with minimal water residue.
• Powerful motor configuration - Equipped with a 24V 550W brush motor and 24V 500W vacuum motor for stable scrubbing performance and thorough dirty-water recovery.
• Long battery runtime - Powered by 2 × 12V 100Ah maintenance-free lead-acid batteries, providing approximately 3.5-4 hours of continuous operation in Standard Mode. Low-voltage protection helps prevent battery damage caused by over-discharge.
• Large-capacity tanks - The 46L solution tank and 50L recovery tank help reduce the frequency of refilling and draining. The recovery tank features a large opening for easier rinsing and cleaning.
• Compact and durable design - Reinforced frame, flexible maneuverability, and practical maintenance features make the machine suitable for regular commercial and industrial use. Brush and squeegee blades can be removed and replaced by hand without tools.
• User-friendly LCD control panel - One-touch switching between ECO and Standard modes, adjustable water flow, and real-time display of battery level, operating status, and error codes.
• Vacuum motor protection - A protection system helps prevent dirty water from entering the vacuum motor, protecting critical components.
• Versatile cleaning applications - Supports different optional brushes and pads for daily maintenance cleaning, floor polishing, and heavy-duty scrubbing.
• cULs Certified - Meets applicable Canadian and U.S. safety certification requirements.
